1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, subscribing to a Palai package, or purchasing an animal from Al-Syed Cattle & Goat Farm ("the Farm", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Palai Services

Palai packages cover the rearing and care services listed on each package (such as feed/Wanda, vaccination, and trimming) for the stated duration. Services are provided on a best-effort basis by farm staff. Package contents and pricing may be updated by the Farm from time to time; changes will not affect an already-active subscription's remaining term.

3. Customer-Provided Animals

If you provide your own animal for Palai care, you confirm that you are the lawful owner and that the animal is in reasonable health at the time of handover. The Farm is not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed at intake.

4. Animal Purchases

When you purchase an animal from the Farm — whether to take home or to keep on Palai with us — the sale is final once payment is confirmed, except as covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Payments

Payments may be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or cash as displayed at checkout. Payments submitted online are confirmed manually by our team; your subscription/payment status will update once confirmed.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution in animal care, livestock health can be unpredictable. The Farm's liability for any claim relating to an animal's health or condition is limited to the value of the relevant service or purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
